Hey SPENGA fam! I’m Tricia, here to cheer you on, challenge you, and celebrate every win!

I’m all about helping members push past limits and unlock their full potential. In my free time, you’ll find me taking on extreme runs and wild fitness challenges, I love pushing beyond what I ever thought possible.

By day, I work in marketing, and by night, I get to transform into your SPENGA instructor! I’m also a proud mom of two amazing kids, Ally and Noah, and a fur mom to three pups -  Maple, Minnie, and Malla.

Let’s crush goals together, have fun, and feel unstoppable while doing it!



Tricia instructs the following:
  • SPENGA
  • SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

  • REP/REVIVE
  • This 40 minute session is half circuit-style STRENGTH training and half revitalizing YOGA flow.

  • REP
  • 45-minute circuit-style STRENGTH only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.
