As a proud member since SPENGA Valpo first opened, I’ve experienced firsthand how SPENGA can transform not just your body, but your mindset, too. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but what drew me here was the unique combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility, all packed into a powerful 60-minute session.

During the week, I work as a registered nurse, where I see every day how important movement and mental wellness are to overall health. Becoming an instructor has allowed me to merge my passion for fitness with my commitment to helping others live happier, healthier lives. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward a new personal goal, I’m here to motivate, support, and celebrate every step of your journey.

Outside of SPENGA, you can find me crushing it in the weight room, practicing meditation, and diving into breath-work to stay grounded and balanced.
