Hi, I’m Dillon. I love leading SPENGA sessions because I’m all about helping people push their limits. Watching members grow stronger, more confident, and transform over time, it’s why I do what I do. The energy in my sessions is always on point: intense when it needs to be, and laid-back when it’s time to reset.
I’ve been training for years and bring that experience into every session. I’m also an MMA fighter and a proud dad to three amazing kids who are already following in my footsteps.
