Hi, I’m Justene! I’ve been a SPENGA instructor for over a year and a half, and I love being part of a community that empowers people of all ages and fitness levels. As a former college basketball player, movement and teamwork have always been central to my life, and SPENGA brings both in the best way.

Outside the studio, I’m a financial advisor and tax accountant who believes in balance, in fitness, in life, and yes, even in finances! You’ll often find me running, gardening, or soaking up time near the water. I also share my home with two playful cats, Simba and Nala, who definitely keep things interesting.

Whether it’s your first session or your hundredth, I’m here to challenge, support, and cheer you on. Let’s get stronger together!
