What I love most about coaching at SPENGA Valpo is the community. I genuinely enjoy getting to know our members, learning what motivates them, and watching them grow. There’s nothing better than seeing someone increase their sweet spot, reach for those heavier weights, or honor their body with grace and intention.
My favorite part of class? Spin, hands down. That’s where I feel most alive, especially when I get to blast 2000s hip-hop or Bad Bunny (if you know, you know!).
Outside the studio, I live in Valpo with my husband and our three amazing kids who keep us busy with sports and activities. If you’re on the fence about trying SPENGA, DO IT! You won’t regret it. Let’s get to WERK! 💚

During the week, I work as a registered nurse, where I see every day how important movement and mental wellness are to overall health. Becoming an instructor has allowed me to merge my passion for fitness with my commitment to helping others live happier, healthier lives. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward a new personal goal, I’m here to motivate, support, and celebrate every step of your journey.
Outside of SPENGA, you can find me crushing it in the weight room, practicing meditation, and diving into breath-work to stay grounded and balanced.

Outside the studio, I’m a financial advisor and tax accountant who believes in balance, in fitness, in life, and yes, even in finances! You’ll often find me running, gardening, or soaking up time near the water. I also share my home with two playful cats, Simba and Nala, who definitely keep things interesting.
Whether it’s your first session or your hundredth, I’m here to challenge, support, and cheer you on. Let’s get stronger together!

By day, I work in marketing, and by night, I get to transform into your SPENGA instructor! I’m also a proud mom of two amazing kids, Ally and Noah, and a fur mom to three pups - Maple, Minnie, and Malla.
